My name is Alan Seymour and I'm a professional canine photographer with the weekly canine newspaper Ourdogs, I'm also a very keen wildlife photographer, I completed the City & Guilds in Photography & C & G Natural History Photography and passed both with distinctions in the nineties. My partner Jan & I share the same passion for the natural world, I owe my interest in nature to my Grandad from when I was a boy. I'm a member of various wildlife organisations including RSPB, WWT, Badger Trust, West Surrey Badger Group, Lancashire Badger Group, East Surrey Badger Group & Surrey Wildlife Trust. Over the last few years I have made a few trips to India chasing my dream of seeing the wild Bengal Tiger, which I fulfilled in 2013 in Ranthambhore National Park. Another favourite location of mine is the Isle of Mull & the West Coast of Scotland. When I'm not working or chasing wildlife I love to spend a few hours by the waters edge fishing in the lakes and rivers where I grew up, as a child and would spend many happy hours fishing and watching wildlife with my Grandad in Surrey. I have 2 amazing Daughters and 8 lovely Grandchildren. I have also got into Camera Trapping, after lots of effort and scratching of heads, lots of reading and asking over the last couple of years things have been falling nicely into place.
Thanks for looking and hope you come back soon..... Alan.
